KKP Monthly Email Program

Email marketing is one of the most successful digital marketing channels because of its familiarity, flexibility, and universality. At the Marketing Resource Center, we use effective email marketing strategies to send compelling content to your qualified email lists to ensure your campaign goals are met.

For the KKP Monthly Email Program, the MRC would manage all aspects of the monthly email marketing campaign – setting up your campaigns, laying out and scheduling your emails, and setting up your reporting dashboard. We take the guesswork out of the campaign – all you do is maintain your email list on Constant Contact and we handle the rest. We can even push the email out for you, or you can edit the template and then push it out yourself – the choice is yours!

This program will be run out of the Constant Contact Managed Partner Program.

• If you already have a Constant Contact account, we just need a few pieces of information from you to integrate your existing account into the program.
• If you have another email distribution service, we can assist you in creating a new Constant Contact account, migrating over your contacts, and adding a sign up link on your website.
• If you are not currently using an email service, we can assist you in setting up a new Constant Contact account.

Program Components Covered By Ad Fund

• One product-specific email per month, including all copy and images
• All costs for creative and copywriting
• Program Management costs for monthly set up and distribution

Program Components Covered By Individual Centres

• Constant Contact Account and monthly fees associated with this account (see chart below)
• Email list development and maintenance. This list must conform to CASL regulations. For more on this, see here.

The fees for Constant Contact are determined by the number of contacts you have on your account.
